My name is Amanda Cuic. I started keeping bees in 2014 at our farm in eastern Ohio. I always had a passion for bee keeping, but like a lot of people I had no clue where to start. I joined a local club, read everything I could get my hands on and watched a million videos all before buying two packages.
The day we picked up our package it was 38 degrees, snowing and half way home from our two hour drive, about 40 bees escaped the cage. They were flying around my little hatchback and my husband and myself were sweating bullets. It was at that point, when my husband knew he had married a crazy person. That was just the start to this crazy adventure.
In 2019 we moved our apiary to Circleville after relocating for my husbands career. Since then we have grown from 8 hives to 30-40 and growing. We started selling equipment in 2024. Our goal is to be your one stop shop for bee keeping as well as help educate and mentor people in the community.
